March 2020 Absorption Rates

Well folks, as you can see the inventory crunch continues.  In many market segments, we have less than one months worth of inventory, which continues to put pressure on prices.  It's really a seller's market, until you get over the 1.5 million dollar mark, at that point there appears to be a couple of years worth of inventory.
