Ami Sayer moved to Bozeman, Montana in 1995, where she quickly integrated herself into the local real estate market. Having worked for McDonald Development Company previously in Atlanta, Ami knew that real estate was her calling. Already possessing a degree and graduate work in Economics, she rapidly made a name for herself as a skilled realtor with an unwavering commitment to excellence for her clients.
To better understand the underlying factors that influence the real estate market, Ami went back to school and earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation— being one of the first women in Montana to earn this accomplishment. Fortifying this advanced coursework in financial market analysis, Ami went on to establish an impressive resumé within investment and commercial real estate.
Now having over 25 years in the Bozeman market, Ami has seen tremendous change take place in the Gallatin Valley. For Ami, it is more than a job, but a gift to be able to guide newcomers and locals alike through this industry and in achieving major milestones in their lives.

What Our Clients Are Saying
Ami has represented us on both the seller and buyer sides of transactions. She actively promoted our listing in print, media, and by hosting multiple open houses. She was firm in negotiations securing us a great return on our investment.
Ami patiently supported us in our search for a new home within our rigid search area and targeted criteria. She stayed in constant communication throughout the process and provided excellent advice, as only an experienced realtor could impart. There is no question who we will be calling for our next residential real estate transaction. Thanks Ami!
” I highly recommend Ami Sayer. As soon as we contacted her she was on it…no delay. She is incredibly well prepared and knowledgeable. Our property was by no means high end, but we always felt we were just as important as someone looking for a multi million dollar home. She is a master negotiator, never missing a detail… and a joy to work with.”
The market in Bozeman had been climbing for years, and by the time we arrived, our dream home was out of range. But Ami told us not to despair, explaining how prices fluctuated at different times of the year. And so after learning a little patience, we are now the happy owners of a lovely home that sits on a hillside overlooking the entire Gallatin Valley. We could not have gotten our house without Ami.
Ami Sayer is a professional who is tied into the housing market in Bozeman better than anyone. She is an economist, and so understands real estate markets nationally. She was not afraid to give her opinion on the various houses we saw, both good and bad. As we traveled around the valley with her, we learned to trust her judgement. While Ami is a pragmatist – she knows that a real estate purchase is a financial transaction – she also is keenly aware that our hearts play a part in this affair, and that they needed to be included.
If you are looking for real estate in Bozeman, Ami Sayer of Berkshire Hathaway should be at the top of your list.
I would highly recommend working with Ami on the sale/purchase of your property. She recently helped us through the process of selling our home and we were very pleased with the end result, even during an off-peak season. Her extensive experience and marketing-focused approach contributed to a smooth sale, even in the wake of COVID-19 and the challenges it presented. If you are working with Ami, whatever your real estate needs, you are in great hands!
Ami has got to be the best in this field. Not only is she beyond qualified and incredibly knowledgeable about the process and the market, she is so much more attentive and responsive than I ever could have expected. I have to admit I approached the process of buying our first home with some wariness and skepticism — thinking most likely everyone will be just looking out for themselves — but working with Ami completely cured me of that.
Over the course of a month working very closely with her, scheduling house tours at the drop of a hat, being in constant communication over text and email, Ami proved to us over and over that she had our back; she wanted the very best outcome for us and our family. And I truly believe we would not have landed the house we wanted if not for her. She became a trusted friend, and how many people say that of their real estate agent?
