With little moisture it can be accessed the majority of the year. You cross the Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone River about 5 miles before you reach the property. Another 2 miles and you are in the Beartooth Mountains where you will find some gorgeous mountain streams, lakes and trail systems. The land itself is fairly flat, making it very usable, offering eastern views of the river valley and the western views put the mountains right in front of you. From here you are about 60 miles from Billings, 40 from Cody, WY, 25 to Red Lodge and 60 to Yellowstone. Good fishing and hunting here. Ski area at Red Lodge about a 40-minute drive from the property. This is a Recreational Paradise without all the people!
