Cabin is about 400 to 600 feet from power, it does not have a septic nor any well. It does have a propane stove for heat, a sleeping loft, some furnishings and is partially insulated. The owner is willing to finance with 20% down. No known covenants and no zoning. It is approximately 7 miles from Roundup; first 4 miles is well maintained county road, while the last 3 miles is on private roads that have limited maintenance.
